More fun than I expected!

I had a fantastic stay! The Deluxe King Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff—especially Marie and Jamie—were friendly and exceptionally helpful. After a day exploring, it was relaxing to come back to such a welcoming place. Additionally, there’s a new laundry room, which is a great convenience!

The location of Ascend Hotel is fantastic for exploring Quebec City. I loved the comfortable bed in my Standard King Room. it felt like a cloud. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially Maria at check-in, who offered great local tips. However, noise from the hallway was an issue, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. there were remnants of hair on the bathtub. Also, the air conditioning unit struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable due to the attentive service and central location.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The decor was really good, and the bedding smelled fresh. The team was very friendly and professional. Plus, the hotel is super clean and inviting.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The staff, especially Marie and Jamie, provided excellent customer service, helping us with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel features a nice pool and a modern fitness center, enhancing our overall experience.

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and super clean. I loved the comfortable bed, it felt like sleeping on a cloud! The overall vibe was inviting after a long day of exploring. However, the soundproofing was pretty weak. I could hear everything in the hallway, which was a bit annoying. Still, it was nice to have a relaxing space to come back to.

The room was clean, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bed. The staff members were truly accommodating. Maria provided great tips on things to do after my early arrival. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, adding to the convenience of my visit.

Spacious room with lovely hardwood floors, and great location near the mall for some quick retail therapy. The check-in experience was smooth, just what I needed after a long trip!

But oh dear, the noise! I half expected a marching band to come through my door at night, it was that loud.

Couldn't recommend more for a getaway

Clean room, friendly staff, the hotel is equipped with a fitness centre and offers accessible parking, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions.

The staff was super nice and accommodating! The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, but the bathroom could use some more hooks for towels.

The heater was a bit noisy, which could be disturbing at night.
